I began martial arts at 17 as a skinny teenager with very little confidence. 
Over the last 40 years, martial arts and fitness became the structure that shaped my life and career.

I’ve won over 20 British titles, 2 European titles, and 4 World titles, 
and I’ve spent decades teaching and coaching martial arts and fitness in the local area.
